Loitering Munition System

The ADSL loitering Munition System is intended to significantly increase the ability of an independent unit to combat targets beyond visibility range. The system parameters allows to seek and destroy the targets located at a distance of up to 30 km from the launch position. The System is operated by two soldiers, but in exceptional cases it can be operated by even one person.

Key Features

  • Object The mass of the launcher with the aircraft is 11 kg and Operator's backpack contains GCS, Tracking Antenna, Wire and accessories, weighs 8 kg
  • Object System can be ready for use 2 minutes after setting up its elements
  • Object LM can be launched remotely from a distance of up to 300m from operator. In addition, the directional antenna can be placed up to 100m away from the operator, who can remain hidden
  • Object At cruising altitude UAV is practically inaudible and invisible. During the attack phase, there is no possibility of disrupting the UAV. The attack itself takes place with the engine turned off, so the system offers an important element of surprise when combating enemy manpower
  • Object The warhead is armed and, if necessary, disarmed remotely (at the operator's request) while the UAV is in flight
  • Object Reaching the target located 15-20km away, takes 6-9mins at cruising speed of 90-120km/h. It gives 15-20mins to find and eliminate the target (or possibility of return)
  • Object It has the option of automatic return to a predefined point and is equipped with a parachute rescue system. This primarily allows you to protect your equipment from falling into enemy hands
  • Object Information about the approximate location of the target can be indicated in several ways
  • • Point coordinates
    • Distance and direction from launch position
    • Marking the position on the map implemented in GCS

The GX-4 anti-tank warhead developed by WITU (Military Institute of Armament Technology) allows to combat any armored targets, including currently used main battle tanks. The maximum penetration of RHA is 350-400mm.

Different Warhead Types

The availability of alternative warheads: high-explosive and thermobaric warheads makes it possible to combat a wide range of targets: light armored vehicles, field ammunition depots, WRE systems, anti-aircraft systems, artillery positions or manpower manning field fortifications.

GCS Software Feature

  • Object Flight along a predefined route (based on point coordinates) with the possibility of continuous modification in flight
  • Object Attacks on a target identified as a geoTarget (based on coordinates)
  • Object Attacks on a target identified in a video (sent from UAV to GCS)
  • Object Handling various types of emergency actions (interrupting the attack, returning to the take-off point, returning to a predefined point; landing at a point away from the aircraft or landing at the point where the aircraft is currently located, etc.)
  • Object Flight in “Camera Guide” mode with and without GPS signal; Ability to adapt functionality according the needs of the end user
